  • One hour to work through practical, real-life challenges (conflict, time management, communication etc) that are getting in the way of your growth and potential.

    In the power hour we will delve deeper into the root cause issues, use creative coaching tools to bring you greater awareness, and drive change through meaningful and practical goals. No topic is off the table in the power hour, it is your time to shift the power and take action.

    Cost: $200 inclusive of GST

  • Package: 4 × 1 hour sessions specifically focused on navigating the different chapters of our careers that can at times leave us feeling lost or stuck.

    In this series we will use practical coaching tools to explore your motivations, values and aspirations to help carve out your own path to fulfillment. The 3 C’s tackles the big questions, it is your time to feel empowered by choice.

    Cost: $650 AUD (includes GST + 4 sessions + write-up & action plan)

  • Package: 4 × 1 hour sessions to identify and overcome limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

    In the empowered me series we explore the thoughts that might be limiting your potential. We will use transformational coaching tools to provide a different lens to view these thoughts and move from a place of self-doubt to self-confidence.

    Cost: $650 AUD (includes GST+ 4 sessions + write-up & action plan)

  • 4 x one hour sessions to delve deeper into your leadership aspirations and what’s getting in the way.

    We will use emotional intelligence diagnostics to bring awareness to emotions and temperament. This journey of self-understanding will equip you to build deeper connections with the team around you.

    In the Leadership coaching series you will find your authentic style.

    $700 AUD (includes GST + 4 sessions + EIQ testing)
